AC drive motor has changes to an internal encoder. Due to this change the harness from the motor to the controller needs to be modified. Also, the speed controller needs to be removed from vehicle and shipped back to us for a firmware update. When we return the correctly programmed controller back to you, we will include a small harness that needs integrate into your existing harness as per the instructions shown in the image below.

Next you need to do is access the back of the dash display. You can do this by removing the Phillips head screw in the passenger's side door jamb. The back of the display has two connectors. Larger one and a smaller one. The smaller one has one single pink wire, and it is going to a single pin connector. Remove the small connector from the dash display and unplug the pink wire from the single connector. Discard this connector with pink wire. You will also find a white wire not plugged into anything. Plug that into the connector the pink wire was connected to. So essentially you will have white wire going to white wire plugged into the large dash display connector. Lastly the main battery disconnect needs to be cycled after this change. This will change the pulse rate the display uses and will show the correct speed.
